Yes. RETR offers free live training: an Intro to RETR session every Monday at 2 PM EST and a Spotlight session on a new topic every Wednesday at 1 PM EST. Both are run by RETR’s Customer Enablement team.

Intro to RETR is a free, live training call where RETR’s Customer Enablement team walks through the basics of RETR. You’ll see core RETR features in action and can ask questions live.

How to Sign Up for Intro to RETR

Step 1: Open the registration page
Go to the Intro to RETR registration page.

Step 2: Register for a session
Fill in your details and click “Register.”

Step 3: Join on Monday at 2 PM EST
Use the Zoom link in your confirmation email to join the live session.

What Is the RETR Weekly Spotlight Session?

The Weekly Spotlight is a live training session every Wednesday at 1 PM EST that covers a different specialty topic each week, such as a new RETR feature or a frequently requested topic.

Sign up for the RETR weekly newsletter.

Step 2: Watch for Monday’s newsletter
The registration link for that week’s Spotlight session goes out in the newsletter every Monday.

Step 3: Register for the session
Click the registration link in the newsletter to save your spot.
