How do I access agent social media accounts?

Separate from the social searches available on the agent profile, RETR has launched an exciting new feature that lets you interact with top real estate agents directly on social media from within the RETR platform. This feature enables you to engage with agents by liking, commenting on, sharing, and favoriting their posts, photos, and videos.

 

 

How does the social media feature work?
When you view an agent’s profile on RETR, you’ll see a new social media toggle at the top. If we have access to the agent’s social media handles, you can click the toggle to view their latest posts, photos, and videos. From here, you can engage with their content by commenting, liking, sharing, and more, helping you build relationships and engage with agents in a meaningful way.

 

How can I search for real estate agents by social media activity?
We’ve added a social media search option to help you find agents who are active on social media. By going to "Find Agents," you’ll see the “Social Search” feature. You can search by location, such as state, county, or city, to discover the latest posts from agents working in that area. This makes it easier to connect with agents who are active on social platforms.

 

Can I see agent details while viewing their social media posts?
Yes, you can! While viewing an agent's post, you’ll also see key details about their performance and influence, such as the number of followers they have, how many posts they've made, and their recent sales or activity. This gives you a comprehensive view of the agent’s social presence and success.

 

Can I interact with agents on social media directly from the RETR platform?
Absolutely! Once you’re viewing an agent’s social media post, you can engage with it in real-time. You can like, comment, share, or follow them directly from within RETR. For example, if you see an agent celebrating a milestone, you can leave a comment to congratulate them, helping to build that relationship from the ground up.

 

Who can access this social media feature?
This social media integration feature is available to users with either an Enterprise account or an annual subscription. If you're currently on an individual monthly plan, you can upgrade to an annual subscription to gain access.
