How to Search Loan Officers by Social Media in RETR (LO Social)

 LO Social lets you find loan officers by their Instagram profiles directly in RETR. You can see a loan officer’s lending performance and their social media presence in one place, which helps you connect, network, and recruit. 

 

How to Use LO Social Search to Find Loan Officers

Step 1: Open Find Loan Officers
Go to the Mortgage menu and click “Find Loan Officers.”

Step 2: Select Social Search
Choose the “Social Search” option.

Step 3: Search by State
Pick a state to see loan officers with Instagram profiles in that area.

What Information Appears in LO Social Search Results?

Results show each loan officer’s Instagram profile next to their lending data:

  • Name and company
  • Loan count in the searched area
  • Overall loan count
  • Instagram follower count
  • Number of posts
  • Snippets of recent posts, so you can get a feel for their online presence

Can I Interact With a Loan Officer’s Instagram Profile?

Yes. From a loan officer’s Instagram profile, you can engage with their posts directly:

  • ✅ You can like posts
  • ✅ You can comment on posts
  • ✅ You can share posts
  • ✅ You can follow their account

This makes it easy to build relationships with loan officers you want to recruit or network with.

Who Can Access LO Social?

LO Social is available only to users with the LO Recruit Add-on.

  • ✅ Users with the LO Recruit Add-on have access
  • ❌ Other plans do not include LO Social

How to Get the LO Recruit Add-on

Step 1: Open any loan officer’s profile.
Step 2: Click “Contact Info” below their name.
Step 3: Follow the prompts to add the LO Recruit Add-on.
