How do I cancel my account?

We're sorry to hear you're looking to cancel! Please let us know if there's anything e can do or any feedback you can share. At RETR, we greatly value the feedback of our users, and often make improvements based on user feedback. Steps to cancel your subscription can be found below:

1. Visit the Retr.App website and log in to your account using your credentials.
2. Once logged in, locate the down arrow next to your name in the upper right corner of the website menu bar.
3. Click on the down arrow to reveal a drop-down menu.
4. From the drop-down menu, select the "Billing/Payments" option.
5. You will be redirected to the billing and payments page. It is hosted by Stripe.com and you will have to input your email to request a login link. 
6. When you're logged into the Stripe-hosted billing and payments page, look for the option to cancel your account.
7. Click on the cancellation option and follow any prompts or instructions provided.
8. Confirm your decision to cancel your account when prompted.

If you want to reactivate in the future, simply log back in with your previous credentials and choose a subscription. 

Can I pause my subscription?

Currently there is no way to pause a subscription, however, you can reactivate at any time post cancellation by logging in and choosing a subscription.
