How to Cancel Your RETR Subscription

To cancel an individual RETR subscription, log in to RETR, open “Billing/Payments” from the menu under your name, and cancel on the Stripe-hosted billing page. Enterprise accounts are handled differently: admins contact their Sales rep, and team members contact their leadership.

Which Cancellation Steps Apply to Me?

Note: If you’re a user on an Enterprise account, the steps below won’t work, because your enterprise handles your billing.

How to Cancel an Individual RETR Subscription

Step 1: Log in to RETR
Go to the RETR login page and log in to your account.

Step 2: Open your account menu
Click the down arrow next to your name in the upper right corner of the menu bar.

Step 3: Select “Billing/Payments”
Choose “Billing/Payments” from the drop-down menu.

Step 4: Log in to the Stripe billing page
You’ll be taken to a billing and payments page hosted by Stripe. Enter your email address to request a login link, then open the link from your inbox.

Step 5: Select the cancel option
On the Stripe billing page, find and click the option to cancel your subscription.

Step 6: Confirm your cancellation
Follow the prompts and confirm that you want to cancel. This will inactivate your entire account, with no future charges.

Can I Pause My RETR Subscription?

No. RETR subscriptions can’t be paused or put on hold. You can cancel and then reactivate at any time.

✅ You can cancel your subscription at any time.
✅ You can reactivate later by logging in and choosing a subscription.
❌ You cannot pause your subscription or put your account on hold.

Note: There is currently no option to pause a RETR subscription.

How to Reactivate a Cancelled RETR Account

Step 1: Log in
Go to the RETR login page and log in with your previous email and password.

Step 2: Choose a subscription
Select a subscription to reactivate your account.

If I Cancel My Account, Will My Lists and Credits Still Be Available When I Reactivate?

Yes! If you cancel your RETR account and reactivate the same account at a later date, any lists and credits you previously had will still be saved in your account.
