We’ve launched a new feature that allows loan officers to find newly licensed real estate agents who are just starting out in their careers. With this tool, you could be the first loan officer to connect with these agents, helping you build long-term relationships and secure future loans.
How do I use the "Search for Newly Licensed Agents" feature?
To use the new feature, click on this direct link, or follow these simple steps:

Go to the real estate section of the RETR platform.

Click on "Find Agents."

Select the option called "Search for Newly Licensed Agents."

Choose the state where you want to find newly licensed agents.

Click “Show this list” to view agents who have recently obtained their licenses.
Which states are currently supported by the new feature? The newly licensed agent feature is currently available in select states. As we gather more data, expect the list of newly licensed agents to expand and the contact information to become more comprehensive.
Is contact information provided? Yes, if the agent's contact information (phone number and email) is available, it will be displayed on the platform. You can reach out to them directly to start building a relationship. However, note that not all agents will have their contact details listed.
What if an agent’s contact information is missing? In cases where contact details such as phone numbers or emails are missing, you may need to use alternative methods to find the agent. For example, you can search for the agent’s name on Google or visit the agent’s company website to find more information. Note: This is a new feature and data may still be populating.
Can I find agents from specific real estate companies? Yes, if you know which company the agent works for, you can search the company's website to find their contact information. For example, if an agent is part of eXp Realty, you can go to eXp's office site and search for the agent's profile.
How can this feature help me as a loan officer? This new tool is designed to help you expand your network by connecting with agents who are just starting their careers. By establishing relationships early on, you can secure a steady stream of loan referrals for both the short-term and long-term.
Is this feature available to find newly licensed loan officers? At the moment this feature is only available to show newly licensed agents, but this may be available in the future.
