How to Find Newly Licensed Real Estate Agents in RETR

 RETR’s Newly Licensed Agents search lets loan officers find real estate agents who just got their licenses. You can reach them early in their careers and build referral relationships before other loan officers do. 

 

 

How to Search for Newly Licensed Agents

Go directly to the Newly Licensed Agents search, or follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the Real Estate section

Go to the Real Estate section of RETR.

Step 2: Click Find Agents

Click “Find Agents.”

Step 3: Choose Newly Licensed Agents

Under the search options, select “Newly Licensed Agents.”

Step 4: Pick a state

When the search page loads, choose the state you want to search in.

Step 5: Click Show Agents

Click “Show Agents” to see agents who were licensed recently.

What Can I Do With the Newly Licensed Agents Search?

  • ✅ You can search for newly licensed agents by state.
  • ✅ You can see an agent’s phone number and email when RETR has them.
  • ❌ You can’t export newly licensed agents yet.
  • ❌ You can’t open a full RETR profile for these agents yet.

Which States Have Newly Licensed Agent Data?

The Newly Licensed Agents search is available in select states. RETR will add more states and more complete contact information as data comes in.

Does RETR Show Contact Information for Newly Licensed Agents?

Yes, when it’s available. If RETR has an agent’s phone number or email, you’ll see it in the search results. Some new agents don’t have contact details listed yet because they’ve only just started.

How Do I Find Contact Info for a Newly Licensed Agent?

If an agent’s phone number or email is missing, try:

  • Searching their name on Google
  • Checking their brokerage’s website. For example, if the agent is with eXp Realty, search for their profile on eXp’s office site.

Note: This is a new feature, so data is still being added.

Why Don’t Newly Licensed Agents Have RETR Profiles?

These agents are too new to have transaction history, so RETR doesn’t link a profile for them yet. Once an agent has completed some transactions, you’ll find their profile in the regular agent search.

Can I Export Newly Licensed Agents From RETR?

No, not yet. RETR doesn’t support exporting newly licensed agents right now, but we plan to add it in a future update.

Reaching new agents early lets you build relationships before they’re working with another lender. Those relationships can bring you a steady stream of loan referrals, both right away and over the long term.
