How to Reset Your RETR Password

To reset your RETR password, go to the RETR Reset Password page and enter the email address on your account. RETR will email you a link to set a new password.

Step 1: Open the Reset Password page

Go to the RETR Reset Password page.

Step 2: Enter your email

Enter the email address on your RETR account.

Step 3: Check your email

Open the password reset email from RETR and follow the link to set a new password.

Why Didn’t I Get My RETR Password Reset Email?

If the reset email didn’t arrive:

• Check your spam or junk folder. The email may have been filtered.
• Make sure you used the right email. It has to match the email address on your RETR account.
