How Can I Search for a Mortgage Company by Name?

RETR lets you search for production stats on a specific mortgage company by name. Navigate to the Mortgage tab and select "Find Companies/Branches," then use the By Name/NMLS option to search exclusively by company name.

On the company's profile page, you'll find production stats plus the ability to export rosters, view loan activity, and see gains and losses for that company.

Note: There is currently no option to save mortgage company search results to a list or push them directly to a CRM. This feature may be available in a future update.

How to Search for Mortgage Companies, Brokers, and Credit Unions in RETR

Finding mortgage companies — including brokers, Independent Mortgage Banks (IMBs), and Credit Unions (CUs) — is simple with RETR. Follow the steps below to search, filter, and export results by state, company name, or office type.

Step 1: Navigate to Mortgage Company Search Go to the Mortgage tab and select "Find Companies/Branches."

Step 2: Choose the Right Search Option

• For a general mortgage company search, select either "Companies (Including Branches)" or "Branches" under the Rankings & Market Shares section.
• For a map search, use the Map Search option.

Step 3: Set Your Sales Area & Time Period Choose a Sales Area (for example, By State), select your specific region and time frame (for example, Virginia, 12 months), then click "Show Rankings."

Step 4: Sort & Filter Your Results Use the sort and filter options to refine your mortgage company search results by your preferred parameters.

• ✅ You can export selected results.
• ❌ You cannot save results to a list or push them to your CRM at this time.

Step 5: Filter by Office Type (Brokers, IMBs, or Credit Unions) To narrow your results by office type, click "Show Rankings," then open the "More" filter and select "Office Type" to filter by:

• Brokerages / Brokers
• Independent Mortgage Banks (IMBs)
• Credit Unions (CUs)
