How do I search for Refi Opportunities?

Our Refi Finder is an incredible tool for locating opportunities for you to reach out to past clients for refinancing opportunities. Below you'll find guides on how to use this search feature, as well as some updates we've made to the feature. 

There are two ways to search for Refi Opportunities, through a traditional search or a map search. For the purposes of this guide, we'll show the traditional search, but the map search will operate similarly: 

1. Navigate to Mortgage
2. Select "Find Opportunities"
3. Select "Refi Finder" 
4. When the search page loads, choose a "Location"
   
   

To make sure the results are specific to your needs, we encourage you to take advantage of the additional filters available above the results. In addition, you can sort the results to change the display order, and change the number of results displayed.

To add these opportunities to a list, use the checkboxes on the lefthand side of the results, and then click on one of the green "Save to List" Options 

• Clicking on the bulleted list icon - this will automatically save the opportunities to the last list used
• Clicking on the arrow icon - this will allow you to view other lists to select, or create a new one. Note: To create a new list, click "Create New List", name the list, click "Create List", and then select the newly created list to add the opportunities. 

Once you have selected a list, the system will ask you to confirm that you would like to add the opportunities, and then will provide a link to view the list once the opportunities have been added. You can also view any Refi Saved Lists under Mortgage > Find Opportunities > Saved Refi Opportunities or by using this direct link.

Note: While you cannot start a search with just a property, you can use the Filter search bar on the far right side above the results to look for a specific address. We look forward to adding a specific property search in the future!

My Refi Opportunities

Never lose another opportunity again! A new feature added to the Refi Finder is our new My Refi Opportunities section! As a RETR user, we'll prevent your loans from showing up in the Refi Finder, so that other loan officers can't find your loans. These opportunities will live in the "My Refi Opportunities" section, allowing you to reach out to those buyers yourself.
