How do I see transaction history in RETR?

Easily access and export an agent or loan officer's transaction history, including your own!

RETR provides transaction history dating back to 2017, making it easy to review and export an agent's, loan officer's, or your own book of business.

Whether you're analyzing past transactions, managing agent relationships, or exporting data for outreach, RETR gives you access to historical real estate and mortgage transaction data in one place.


How do I view an agent's transaction history?

To see an agent's complete transaction history:

  1. Open the agent's profile.
  2. Scroll to Transaction History (Since 2017).

You'll see the agent's book of business, including transactions dating back to 2017 and can export this data as needed. You can export all available data dating back to 2017, or choose specific years only by selecting the Any year filter and choosing the years you'd like to include.

Every export will come with important data fields, such as agent information, transaction details, and buyer names. How do I view a loan officer's loan history?

To view a loan officer's historical production:

  1. Open the loan officer's profile.
  2. Scroll to Loan History (Since 2017).

This section displays the loan officer's historical loan activity dating back to 2017. You can export all available data dating back to 2017, or choose specific years only by selecting the Any year filter and choosing the years you'd like to include.

How do I find my own loan history?

To view your own loan history:

1. Navigate to Mortgage in the top navigation bar, then My Loan History

You can export all available data dating back to 2017, or choose specific years only by selecting the Any year filter and choosing the years you'd like to include.

How do I find a mortgage company's loan history?

To find the full loan history for a company, once you have the company profile pulled up, you can scroll down to the Loans section and export from there. There will not be a Loan History section for companies like there are for LOs or agents, but you can still view and export this information as needed.

How do I just see the agents I've worked with, instead of a full history?

To view your existing agent relationships, navigate to:

Real Estate → My Agents → Manage My Agents

This page displays the agents you've previously worked with and allows you to manage or export your agent list.


How do I add agents from my loan history to a list?

To build a list from your existing relationships:

  1. Go to Mortgage → My Loan History.
  2. Select Loyalty / Wallet Share.
  3. Filter and select the agents you want.
  4. Add them to an existing list or create a new one.

This is a quick way to organize your agent relationships for future outreach.

No. RETR does not directly provide buyer or borrower contact information.
