How do I see a loan officer's/agent's transaction history?
Easily access and export an agent/loan officer's transaction history, including your own!
Did you know RETR has data going back to 2017? On any agent or LO profile, you can scroll down to locate the "Transaction/Loan History (Since 2017)" button to find their book of business.
To locate your book of business or agents you have worked with previously, navigate to Mortgage > My Loan History. You can also export this data with borrower names! To see a list of just your agents, navigate to Real Estate > My Agents and select an option.
Loan History is also exportable! When you export your own loan history or that of another loan officer, the export will include the following columns: Buyer Agent, Buyer Agent Company, Seller Agent, Seller Agent Company, Sale Date, Sale Price, Loan Amount, LTV, Int Rate, Purpose, Loan Type, Loan Officer, Loan Officer Branch, Buyer 1, Buyer 2, Address, City, State, Zip, Date Property Last Sold, Census Tract Minority Population Pct, and Census Tract Income Level.
Every line item in a loan history/book of business export costs 1/4 of a credit, allowing you to easily download this as needed. More information on exporting can be found here: How do I export a list?
If you are looking to add your agents to a list, click on Loyalty/Wallet Share on your Loan History page. From there, you can filter and select agents and add them to a list. If you want a quick export of all agent relationships you have in the platform, you can go to Manage My Agents and click "Export".
Note: RETR does not directly provide buyer/borrower contact information, but we do provide resources on finding this, which you can learn more about here: How do I search for buyer contact information?
