How do I set up an integration?

To set up an integration between RETR and your CRM, follow these steps: 

 

1. Click on your name in the upper righthand corner of RETR

2. Select "Integrations" from the drop down.

3. Select your CRM from the dropdown list, or select "Other"

4. Follow the prompts - this will typically require you to sign into your CRM or add webhooks.

 

If you do not have the webhooks needed, please reach out to your CRM for assistance or reference this article.

 

If you need to remove an old CRM integration, you can select the CRM from the drop down, click "Clear" and then click "Save". Once this is done, you can add your new CRM using the instructions above.
