Does RETR have any CRM integrations?

RETR allows you to integrate with a variety of CRMs! Learn how to set up integrations below.

RETR has direct CRM integrations with:

If your CRM isn't listed and you'd like to get your CRM connected to RETR, ask your CRM provider to follow the steps outlined in this article: How do I become a CRM partner?

In the meantime, you can try integrating your CRM anyway by following the steps below, and choosing the Other option. 

 

Setting up an Integration

To set up an integration between RETR and your CRM, follow these steps: 

1. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of RETR

2. Select "Integrations" from the drop-down.

3. Select your CRM from the dropdown list, or select "Other" if your CRM does not have a direct integration

4. Follow the prompts - this will typically require you to sign into your CRM or add webhooks. Webhook links can typically be provided by your CRM by reaching out to them, or if you need to create the webhooks on your end, you can use Zapier to do so. 5. Confirm your integration was successful by testing your integration, and reach out to your CRM to confirm the integration was successful (this step is required for those using Total Expert). 

 

Removing a CRM

If you need to remove an old CRM integration:

1. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of RETR

2. Select "Integrations" from the drop-down.

3. Select your CRM from the dropdown list and hit "Clear"

4. Click "Save" and then you should be able to add a new CRM by following the same set-up steps from the prior section.
