How to add RETR to your email Whitelist

How to add RETR to your email whitelist to ensure you don't miss anything important from us.

As a RETR user, you'll receive emails from us to your inbox for a variety of reasons, such as agent activity updates, new feature releases, and account related emails like password resets, security verifications, and more. For account based emails such as password resets or two factor authentication emails, these emails can take a minute or two to arrive, and may accidentally get rerouted to spam. In this case, please be sure to mark these emails as not spam.

If you've already checked your spam folder and verified we have the correct email on file for you, but ae still not seeing emails from RETR, please follow the instructions below to add RETR to your email whitelist, which will ensure our emails make it to your inbox!
