How to Add RETR to Your Email Whitelist (Allowlist)

To make sure RETR emails reach your inbox, add the retr.app domain to your email whitelist, which some providers call an allowlist or safe senders list. Below are the steps for Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365, iCloud Mail, and Yahoo Mail.

Why am I not getting emails from RETR?

RETR emails can sometimes land in your spam or junk folder. RETR sends emails for several reasons:

• Agent activity updates
• New feature releases
• Account emails, such as password resets, security verifications, and two-factor authentication (2FA) codes

Password reset and 2FA emails can take a minute or two to arrive. If you don’t see one, check your spam folder. If it’s there, mark it as “Not Spam.”

If you’ve checked spam, confirmed RETR has the correct email address for you, and still aren’t getting emails, add RETR to your whitelist using the steps below. The exact steps depend on your email provider. Most providers not listed here work in a similar way.

How to Whitelist RETR in Gmail (Personal Gmail.com)

Gmail doesn’t have a whitelist setting, but you can create a filter that keeps RETR emails out of spam.

1. Open Gmail.
2. Click the gear icon, then “See all settings.”
3. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
4. Click “Create a new filter.”
5. In the From field, enter @retr.app.
6. Click “Create filter.”
7. Check “Never send it to Spam.”
8. Click “Create filter.”

How to Allowlist RETR in Google Workspace (Admin)

1. Go to admin.google.com and select Apps.
2. Select Google Workspace > Gmail > Spam, phishing, and malware.
3. Under Email allowlist, add retr.app.
4. Click “Save.”

How to Add RETR to Safe Senders in Outlook.com or Hotmail

1. Go to Settings > View all Outlook settings.
2. Select Mail > Junk email.
3. Under Safe senders and domains, click “+ Add.”
4. Enter the domain retr.app.
5. Click “Save.”

How to Allow RETR in Microsoft 365 or Exchange (Admin)

1. Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
2. Open Security > Policies & rules > Threat policies.
3. Choose Anti-spam policies, then edit your policy.
4. Under Allowed domains, add retr.app.
5. Click “Save.”

How to Whitelist RETR in Apple Mail (iCloud Mail)

1. Open iCloud Mail in a web browser.
2. Click the gear icon, then Rules.
3. Create a rule: If a message is from an address that ends with retr.app, Move to Inbox and Mark as Not Junk.

How to Whitelist RETR in Yahoo Mail

1. Go to Settings > More Settings.
2. Select Filters > Add new filters.
3. Set the rule to From contains retr.app.
4. Choose Inbox as the destination folder.
