How to Add, Remove, and Edit Loan Officer HVR Enrollments as a RETR Enterprise Admin

Enterprise account admins can add, remove, and edit loan officer (LO) enrollments for Enterprise Home Value Reports (HVR). You manage all of this from the HVR dashboard under the Admin tab.

Who Can Manage HVR Enrollments?

  • ✅ Admins on an Enterprise account that has Enterprise HVR turned on can add, remove, and edit LO enrollments.
  • ❌ Admins on an Enterprise account without Enterprise HVR can’t manage enrollments. To add the feature, contact your RETR account rep.
