How to Search Real Estate Companies in RETR

You can find real estate companies in RETR from the Real Estate tab by selecting “Find Companies.” Search by location, by company name or on the map. Then filter the results by transaction count, volume or loan type.

How to Search for Real Estate Companies by Location

Use a location search to rank real estate companies in a state, county, city or zip code.

Step 1: Open the real estate company search
Go to the Real Estate tab and select “Find Companies.”

Step 2: Choose Companies under Rankings and Market Share
Under Rankings and Market Share, select Companies.

Step 3: Set your sales area and time period
Choose a Sales Area, such as By State. Your search can be as broad as a state or as narrow as a zip code. Pick your region and time frame (for example, Virginia over 12 months), then click “Show Rankings.”

Step 4: Sort and filter your results
Use the sort and filter options to narrow your results. You can filter by:

Buy-side transaction count or volume
Sell-side transaction count or volume
Loan type minimums
And more

You can also sort any column in ascending or descending order.

Real estate company rankings cannot be exported or saved to a list. You can save your search parameters (not the results) with the “Save Search” option, so you can run the same search again later.

How to Search for a Real Estate Company by Name

Step 1: Open the real estate company search
Go to the Real Estate tab and select “Find Companies.”

Step 2: Select “By Name”
Choose the By Name option and type the company name.

Step 3: Open the company profile
Select the company from the results to open its profile page.

How to Use the Real Estate Company Map Search

The map search shows real estate companies in a city or zip code on an interactive map.

Step 1: Enter a city or zip code
Type a city or zip code to set the map area. If you want, choose a Volume tier to narrow the results.

Note: The map search doesn’t support state or county searches yet.

Step 2: Let the map load
The map takes a few seconds to update after each change. If the results don’t appear, refresh the page.

Step 3: Explore the map
Drag the map to move to a new area, or zoom in to narrow your range. Hover over a company in the results list to highlight its Volume label on the map, then click it to open the company’s profile.

Map search results cannot be exported or saved to a list.

What Can I See on a Real Estate Company Profile in RETR?

A real estate company’s profile in RETR shows:

Production stats
Loans and transactions
The company’s roster with the option to export the roster as well

How Can I Find Managing Brokers?

There currently is no specific filter in the agent search for managing brokers, but when accessing any real estate company profile, there will be a Managing Brokers section towards the top of the page that will bring you to the list of managing brokers for that office. You can then access the individual profiles for those agents and add them to lists as needed.

Can I Export Real Estate Company Results or Send Them to My CRM?

No. You can’t currently export real estate company search results, save them to a list or push them to a CRM. You can only save the search parameters, with “Save Search,” and that option only works for location searches.
