What is the Personality tab on a Loan Officer's Profile?

Our new AI Powered Personality Insights feature uses LO data and social profiles to provide insight into their personalities, which is exceptionally helpful to have when recruiting these LOs.

This feature will provide you with DISC and OCEAN assessments of an LO, as well as tips on how to best approach cold calls, cold emails, and negotiations, helping you build a meaningful and productive relationship with that LO.

This feature is available to all users who have the LO Recruit module on their subscription. The LO Recruit add-on gives you access to even more data on an LO, and you can learn more about the LO Recruit add-on and how to purchase it here: What is the LO Recruit Add-on?

If a particular Loan Officer doesn't have a personality assessment on their profile, it is likely because we do not have enough data for our AL Tool to properly assess their profile. This assessment is done solely by our AI tool, and is not a test a Loan Officer can take on their own. 

Note: This feature is currently only available for Loan Officers, but we hope to expand this to agents as well in the future. Stay tuned!
