What Is the Personality Tab on a RETR Loan Officer Profile? AI Personality Insights for LO Recruiting

 The Personality tab on a loan officer’s (LO’s) RETR profile shows AI-generated personality insights. It’s built from the loan officer’s data and social profiles. It includes DISC and OCEAN personality assessments, plus tips for approaching that loan officer on cold calls, in cold emails, and in negotiations. 

 

What’s Included in RETR’s AI Personality Insights?

Each personality profile includes:

  • DISC assessment: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness
  • OCEAN assessment: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism (also called the Big Five)
  • Cold call tips: How to approach a first phone call
  • Cold email tips: How to write outreach that fits their personality
  • Negotiation tips: How to work through recruiting conversations

How Does the Personality Tab Help With Loan Officer Recruiting?

Knowing a loan officer’s personality before you reach out helps you match your approach to how they like to communicate. That makes it easier to build a productive recruiting relationship from the first conversation.

Who Can Access the Personality Tab in RETR?

  • ✅ Users with the LO Recruit add-on can see the Personality tab on loan officer profiles.
  • ❌ Users without the LO Recruit add-on can’t see personality insights.

Why Doesn’t a Loan Officer Have a Personality Assessment?

If a loan officer’s profile has no personality assessment, RETR doesn’t have enough data about them for the AI to produce an accurate one.

Can a Loan Officer Take the RETR Personality Test?

No. RETR’s AI tool generates every assessment from available data. It isn’t a test loan officers can take themselves.

Is the Personality Tab Available for Real Estate Agents?

Not yet. Personality insights are only available for loan officers right now. We plan to add them for agents in a future update.
