When will my RETR account be approved?

Information about the RETR trial account approval process

Thanks for checking out RETR! We're excited to have you on the platform!

All individual subscriber accounts (not on an enterprise) must go through an approval process that includes verification of the provided NMLS number and submitted information. If you have already submitted a trial request but have not received a welcome email yet, this just means your account has not completed the approval process yet. This process can take a few days to complete, so hang tight!

As soon as your account has been approved, you'll be able to log in. You'll receive a welcome email upon approval prompting you to log in and create a password, and have a full two weeks to use the service, since the trial will start as soon as the account is approved.

If you have not submitted a trial request yet, we recommend signing up with your correct personal NMLS and your direct work email (as opposed to a company NMLS or a team email/personal email in order to speed up the approval process)

Enterprise users:

If you were added to an enterprise account and have not received a welcome email, please check your spam folder or notify your company leadership/account admin if you don't see it.

Account admins can head to the admin section of their RETR account, and there should be an option to resend emails. Just choose the users who need emails to send them.
