Why can't I find an agent/a loan officer in RETR?

We're sorry you're having trouble locating some agents/LOs in RETR! Some agents/LOs may not appear in RETR due to a few reasons:

• Newly licensed: Newly licensed agents/LOs only show up if RETR has received their information and there's activity for them. Not all agents will have contact or profile details listed if they are very new; as agents start transacting, profiles will populate. For LOs, their NMLS would need to be active for a at least a week in order for us to pull in that data and create a profile for them.

• Name errors or location errors: Agent/LO names in RETR will match whatever is displayed on their license. Please ensure you have spelled their name correctly, and take into account any hyphenated names or nicknames. If you still can not locate the agent/LO, trying searching by just their last name, or switch the location to "any state", in case the agent/LO works in one state, but their office HQ is located in another, so they are being incorrectly categorized in this state instead of their home state. This is an error we can fix on our end, but it will skew initial search results.
