Why did I receive an error saying I have too many devices signed in?

Explaining a "Too many devices" message that users may see when logging in

In order to protect RETR accounts, we only allow for two devices to be logged into RETR at once, and in order to add an additional device, one device would have to be kicked out. This helps us protect our RETR users from unauthorized access to their accounts, and helps prevent account sharing, which is not allowed per RETR's terms.

If you need to have multipe devices connected to your RETR account, you will need to remove devices in order to add additional ones.
