Why is my recent data missing?

Concerned about missing recent transactions? We have an explanation.

At RETR, we take great pride in the data we surface.

Real estate transactions typically load into RETR within a few days after closing, however, loan data is usually delayed in the system by 4-6 weeks, as this is typically how long it takes for records to be processed and made public by the county (though in some rural counties, this delay could be longer). We'll list loan data as "TBD" for the first 60 days after a real estate transaction closes. After that, we'll switch it to "N/A" until we receive that information.

If you're missing recently closed loans that were closed in the last 6 weeks, it is likely still populating in our system, and the loan data should update automatically once the time frame has passed.

If you're missing loans that are well outside of this timeframe, please reach out to our team at support@retr.app and provide the following details for each loan:

  • Property Address
  • Buyer Agent
  • Seller Agent
  • Sale Date
  • Sale Price
  • Interest Rate
  • Loan Amount
  • LTV
  • Loan Type (Conventional, FHA, VA, Other)
  • Loan Purpose (Purchase, Refi)
  • Loan Officer
  • Lender
  • Title Company
  • Builder
