Why is my subscription inactive?

If your subscription is unexpectedly inactive, you can find some possible explanations below:

Payment Failure

In our payment processing system, after a payment for a subscription has failed multiple times, the subscription is automatically cancelled by the system. This is a built in function that is not controlled by RETR. However, you can easily reactivate your subscription by logging in with your existing credentials and following the prompts to purchase the subscription. Here you'll be able to add new credit card info.

To log in, please use this link and log in with your existing credentials: https://retr.app/Account/Login . You do not need to go to the sign up page and create a new account to reactivate. 

If you had special monthly pricing on your account, please reach out to our team so we can ensure that pricing is added. 

 

Enterprise Removal

If you were previously on an enterprise account and your account is now inactive, please check in with your leadership team on this if you should still be on the account. If the removal was intnetional, you can follow the same reactivation process above to restart your subscription.
