How Does the RETR Referral Program Work?

Once approved as an affiliate, you'll receive a unique referral link that tracks customers you refer to RETR.

When a qualified referral purchases an eligible RETR subscription, you'll earn commissions according to the campaign terms available in the affiliate portal.

How and When Are Affiliate Commissions Paid?

Affiliate commissions are generally paid:

Affiliate Payment Method

RETR affiliate commissions are paid exclusively through PayPal.

To receive payments, you must provide a valid PayPal email address within your affiliate account.

Minimum Payout Threshold

The minimum payout amount is $20 USD.

If your commission balance is below $20, earnings will remain in your affiliate account and automatically roll over until the minimum payout threshold is reached.

Important RETR Affiliate Program Rules

Before joining the affiliate program, it's important to understand the key terms and restrictions:

Self-Referrals Are Not Allowed

Affiliates may not sign up for RETR using their own referral links.

Any attempt to earn commissions through self-referrals is prohibited.

Enterprise Plans Are Not Commission Eligible

Enterprise subscriptions and plans that receive enterprise pricing or volume-license discounts are not eligible for affiliate commission payouts.

Misleading or Fraudulent Marketing Is Prohibited

The following activities may result in immediate affiliate account termination:

Customer deception
Fraudulent promotions
Fake discounts
Misleading advertising
Manipulation of referral tracking
Other abusive or deceptive practices

Commissions earned through violations of RETR's Terms of Service will not be paid.

Paid Advertising Restrictions

Affiliates may not run paid advertising campaigns that compete with RETR's marketing efforts.

Prohibited advertising includes:

Google Ads using RETR-branded keywords
Search engine advertisements using RETR trademarks
Facebook Ads targeting RETR-branded searches
YouTube Ads using RETR branding
Similar paid advertising campaigns that may confuse customers

Brand and Trademark Protection

Affiliates may not create websites, domains, content, or branding that suggests an official relationship with RETR.

This includes:

Misspelled RETR domain names
Copycat websites
Misleading branding
Fake RETR-affiliated properties
Content designed to impersonate RETR

Websites Dedicated to Promoting RETR

Creating a website primarily dedicated to promoting RETR requires prior written approval from the RETR Affiliate Program Manager.

Coupon, Cashback, and Deal Sites Are Not Accepted

What If My Referral Doesn't Use My Affiliate Link?

Unforutnately we are unable to honor any referrals made outside of the affliate program.

Can My Affiliate Account Be Terminated?

RETR reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts that violate affiliate program terms or the RETR Terms of Service.

Additionally, affiliate accounts may be closed after six months of inactivity.

If an inactive account is terminated, any unpaid commissions below the minimum payout threshold may be forfeited.

Can RETR Change the Affiliate Program Terms?

RETR may update, modify, or revise its Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions at any time.

RETR Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the RETR Affiliate Program ("Program") offered by RETR LLC. ("Company"). By enrolling in the Affiliate Program, you are bound by these Terms.

Company reserves the right to change its criteria for the Program at any time, for any reason. You expressly consent to be contacted about your application and the Program via the email address and the phone number You provide in Your application. Such forms of contact may include but are not limited to automated dialing systems, texts and artificial or pre-recorded messages.

To participate in the Program, you must comply with the Terms. If Company determines, in its sole discretion, that you are not in compliance with the Terms, you will be considered in material breach of this Agreement, and Company may terminate this Agreement and Your participation in the Program immediately (including forfeiture of Earned Commissions), without liability, in addition to seeking any other available remedies in law and equity.

1. Enrollment in the Program

1.1 Eligibility: To be eligible for the Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. Companies, organizations, and individuals are welcome to participate. Accounts registered using automations (e.g. by bots or other means) are not permitted.

1.2 Registration: To enroll in the Program, you must complete the affiliate registration form available on our website. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1 Promotion: As an affiliate, you agree to actively promote and market Company by sharing your unique referral link or referral code as provided by our software.

2.2 Compliance: You shall adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in your promotion of RETR. This includes, but is not limited to, complying with anti-spam laws, privacy laws, and intellectual property rights. You are also responsible for ensuring your employees, agents, and representatives comply with the Terms and that any breach of the Terms by an employee, agent, or representative acting on Your behalf shall be deemed a breach by You. You also agree that your website, service or correspondence does not contain any materials that at Company’s sole discretion are considered to:

2.2.1 Encourage the display of explicit nudity, adult-oriented material, explicit sexual language, as well as images depicting individuals in suggestive or sexually explicit positions or engaging in activities that are inappropriate or against the law in your specific location;
2.2.2 Include content that is violent, obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, or unlawful;
2.2.3 Encouraging expressions of hatred, whether targeting an individual or a collective, and regardless of their race, gender, beliefs, country of origin, religion, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or language;
2.2.4 Include any materials that violate or facilitate the violation of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, or that contravene the law;
2.2.5 Include "RETR", “Real Estate Track Record”, "Track Record" or variations or misspellings thereof in its domain name as keywords in PPC campaigns;
2.2.6 Advocate for political or religious ideologies and/or demonstrate affiliations with hate, criminal, or terrorist acts;
2.2.7 Encourage gambling activities, encompassing but not limited to online casinos, sports betting platforms, bingo halls, or poker rooms;
2.2.8 Contain software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other Partners in our program;
2.2.9 Make representations through domain name, code, designs, imagery, video, text or otherwise that makes your website resemble the RETR website in a manner which leads customers to believe you are the RETR website, business or a legal representative of RETR in any way. Creation of separate websites to solely promote RETR software requires a prior written approval from Affiliate Program Manager.
2.2.10 Offer coupons, rebates, or other forms of kickbacks from your Commission as an incentive. Adding bonuses or bundling other products with RETR, however, is acceptable, if prior permission is received from the Affiliate Program Manager;
2.2.11 Make false claims and promote non-existing discounts, coupons, bargains or use other misleading strategies to gain traffic through the partner links;
2.2.12 Promote any special deal or offer in a way that contradicts the arrangement set forth by the Partner Program Manager when offering such a deal to you;
2.2.13 Create pop-unders, pop-ups, frames, iframes, or any other visible or invisible activities that place affiliate cookies without obtaining the consent of the end user, unless the user has clearly and explicitly indicated their interest in accessing specific savings by clicking on a prominently labeled button, link, or image related to that specific deal or discount. In such instances, the links should lead users to the RETR website.

2.3 Accurate Representation: When promoting RETR, you must accurately represent the Company and its offerings. You may not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent practices that could damage the Company's reputation.

2.4 Prohibited Activities: You shall not engage in any activities that could harm RETR, its customers, or affiliates. This includes, but is not limited to, using illegal or unethical methods to drive traffic or generate referrals, such as spamming, cookie stuffing, or incentivized referrals. Further restrictions:

2.4.1 We do not work with coupon, bargain or cashback websites. Any discounts provided to you must not be displayed publicly. If a non-coupon, cashback or discount website displays a discount or a coupon after receiving prior written consent from our Affiliate Program Manager, user must be able to clearly see such deal/coupon/savings information and details before affiliate cookie is set. (Sites with links to “click here to see coupon” which redirects to the RETR website are not allowed.)
2.4.2 Your site may not have “Click to see Coupon/Deal” or any variation that redirects to RETR website, when there are no coupons or deals available. Affiliates using this tactic will be removed from our program immediately.
2.4.3 You may not bid on or use keywords or phrases, such as [RETR/Real Estate Track Record/Track Record] [Coupon(s)/Discount(s)/Promo(s)], or other phrases implying coupons are available. The use of any incorrect spellings of our brand name, either alone or in conjunction with words like coupon, deal, savings, or any similar variations or synonyms, is strictly forbidden.
2.4.4 You may not use any misleading content, messaging, referral links, buttons or images to advertise anything else besides deals that are currently authorized. Your marketing endeavors should have a clearly discernible commercial objective.
2.4.5. You have the exclusive responsibility for maintaining and updating the information on your website. For instance, if there are any changes to RETR's pricing policy, it will be your duty to ensure that this information is updated. In certain cases, we may monitor your site to ensure it remains current, and we will notify you of any changes that we believe could improve your performance.
2.4.6 You are limited to creating and using a single account as our affiliate. However, within that account, you are permitted to use multiple domains.
2.4.7 Referring oneself, immediate family members, or the company one works for through a referral link is strictly forbidden. This implies that commissions will not be granted for any personal purchases made by oneself, immediate family members, or the affiliated company.
2.4.8.Creating another account in our Affiliate Program is not permitted if your previous account has been terminated.
2.4.9. Send unsolicited bulk-emails, text spam, form spam, social media spam or any other form of communication to which prospects referrals or others have not consented.

3. Commission Structure and Payment

In the event that a referral has multiple Affiliate cookies (“Cookies”), the most recently acquired Cookie will generally determine which Affiliate is credited with a Sale except in instances of (i) recently canceled referrals who attempt to re-subscribe under a different affiliate within 90 days of cancellation, (ii) cases of self-referral, or (iii) other scenarios at Company's sole discretion. If a referral signs up for RETR without connection to any Affiliate, that referral is considered unaffiliated, and no Commissions will be earned by any Affiliates for that referral unless otherwise agreed to by Company in writing.

3.1 Commission Rates: The details of applicable commission rates can be found on your dashboard once you register for the program. These rates are subject to change at the Company's discretion and will be communicated to you in advance.

3.2 Qualified Referrals: A qualified referral is a customer who signs up for a paid subscription to RETR using your unique referral link or referral code. Only qualified referrals are eligible for commission payouts.

3.3 Earned Commissions: A Commission is “earned” only if (i) Affiliate has registered and maintained a usable account with a third party payment provider to receive Commission payments and provided complete and accurate information to Company to facilitate payment and (ii) a referral’s account has remained in good status for at least forty-five (45) days after the Sale. No Commission is earned for a Sale if, at the time of attempted payout, Affiliate has not maintained a usable account with a third party payment provider or Company is unable to payout Commissions due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Affiliate. Commission payout amounts will be determined by Company in its sole discretion. Commission rates may change from time to time at Company's sole discretion.

If a refund or charge-back occurs for a Sale, and if a Commission was already paid to You for that Sale, such Commission is considered unearned, and the Commission will be deducted from Your future Commission payouts.

3.4 Commission Payouts: Commissions earned will be paid out once a month usually on the 1st day of the month, unless it falls on the weekend or public holiday, in which case commissions will be paid on the first business day following the holiday or weekend day. The Company reserves the right to modify the payout schedule at any time. Payouts will be made in USD. Company will make reasonable efforts to payout all Earned Commissions. In the event that Company is unable to payout a Commission for any reason outside of Company’s control, those Commissions may be forfeited at Company’s sole discretion. If Company determines, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that any Sale was procured fraudulently or as a result of any violation of this Agreement or applicable law, no Commission will be considered earned for such Sale. If a Commission has already been paid out for a Sale that is later deemed by Company to be fraudulent or in violation of this Agreement or the law, the Commission amount will automatically be withheld against any future Commissions or refunded back to Company at its option. Company may also terminate this Agreement and Your participation in the Program immediately without any further liability to you.

3.5 Minimum Payout: A minimum commission threshold of $20 is applied before a payout can be made. Commissions will accrue until this threshold is met.

3.6 Payment Method: Commissions are paid via PayPal. It is your responsibility to provide a valid PayPal email address and update it as necessary.

3.7 If a partner's account remains inactive for 6 months and their balance is $20 or less, it will be deleted from our system. In such cases, any commissions below the minimum payout threshold of $20 will be lost.

4. Term and Termination

4.1 Term: These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to the Company.

4.2 Termination for Cause: The Company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activities.

4.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to earn commissions. Any unpaid commissions earned before the termination date that are below the minimum payout threshold of $20 will be voided.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Limited License: The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use its logos, trademarks, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting RETR as an affiliate.

5.2 Intellectual Property Rights: You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in RETR, its trademarks, and associated materials belong to the Company. You shall not modify, reproduce, or distribute any of these materials without the Company's prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Warranty: The Company provides no warranty or representation regarding the Program, its availability, or the accuracy and completeness of the tracking and reporting systems. The Program is provided on an "as is" basis.

6.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Program, including but not limited to lost profits or loss of business opportunities.

7. General Provisions

7.1 Modification: The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any modifications will be republished on your affiliate dashboard with an updated date. Your continued participation in the Program after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

7.2 Parties' Relationship: You and the Company are considered separate entities, operating as independent contractors. The provisions in these Terms do not establish a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment connection between both parties.

7.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction: The terms will be regulated and interpreted in compliance with the laws of the Virginia. Any conflicts arising from these terms will be exclusively resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

8. Indemnity

You agree to protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Company, its officers, directors, employees, owner(s), and parent company(ies) and assigns from and against all demands, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, liabilities, losses, fees, costs or expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees and the costs of any investigation) directly or indirectly arising from or in any way connected with (1) use of or reliance on information or data supplied or to be supplied by You (2) any breach of this Agreement by You (3) the use or possession of any Company property by You, except to the extent caused by the Company’s gross negligence or willful misconduct (4) any negligence, gross negligence or willful misconduct by or on behalf of You or Your employees or agents.

9. Severability

In the event any provision of these Terms are inconsistent with or contrary to any applicable law, rule, or regulation, the provision shall be deemed to be modified to the extent required to comply with the law, rule, or regulation, and this Agreement and the Terms of Service, as so modified, shall continue in full force and effect.

By joining the RETR Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
