Good news! You might be able to connect RETR data to your CRM via webhooks and Zapier! This will allow you to easily populate your CRM with agent contacts, loan officer contacts, and property data from RETR. This will require some technical ability on your part. Important:
- Test your webhook with sample data before using the CRM Push functionality! RETR is not responsible for failed send attempts. We will retry failed attempts a few times. If we receive a failure message from your webhook url, we will not deduct export credits from your account. But if your webhook fails and doesn't respond with failures, then export credits will still be deducted from your account. (See respective Data Specification pages for test data)
- If you're using Zapier, you need to be aware of the limitations: Zapier webhook limitations. I.e. Zapier will always respond with a Success message even when it fails. That's why it's so important to test your webhook! (See respective Data Specification pages for test data)
