How can I avoid duplicate exports?

Advice on avoiding duplicate exports in RETR

We completely understand wanting to use your export credits wisely and streamline your work. The RETR platform helps you avoid exporting duplicate contacts (both LOs and agents) in two ways:

First, when searching agents/LOs in the initial search results, the system will not add the same agent/LO to a list twice, even if you were to select them and click to add them to a list they're already on, so you won't have to worry about an agent/LO getting on to the same list twice.

Second, within your list itself, there will be a column to the right titled "last exported" that will let you know exactly when you last exported this agent/LO's information. An already exported contact will not automatically be removed from a list (in case you need to export them again), but if you want to export your list and avoid exporting previously exported contacts, you can use the filter option at the top of your list to filter out already exported contacts.

Also, the "last exported" column goes as far back as a year, so even if you exported those agents/LOs a while ago, you can still avoid exporting again with this column.
