How to get notifications for agent activity in RETR

RETR's Agent Intelligence Report emails help you stay informed about the real estate agents you work with most. These notifications provide weekly updates on agent activity, including:

  • Recent home sales
  • New property listings
  • Upcoming open houses

By default, RETR automatically enrolls you to receive weekly Agent Intelligence Reports for agents you've previously worked with. You can also enable these for agents you have not worked with by following them. These reports are typically sent on Thursdays or Fridays and are also available directly in your RETR dashboard.

  

How do I follow an agent in RETR?

You can follow any agent in RETR to receive the same weekly Agent Intelligence updates, even if you've never worked with them before.

To follow an agent:

  1. Open the agent's profile.
  2. Click the Follow button beneath the contact information.

Once you follow an agent, they will:

  • Be added to your dashboard.
  • Be included in your weekly Agent Intelligence Reports, generating notifications about new listings, recent sales, and upcoming open houses.

Is there a limit to how many agents I can follow?

Yes. You can follow up to 100 agents in RETR.

This limit only applies to agents you choose to follow manually. Agents you've previously worked with and are automatically tracked do not count toward your 100-agent limit.

What's the difference between following an agent and adding them to a list?

Following an agent and adding an agent to a list are two separate features.

Following an agent:

  • Subscribes you to weekly Agent Intelligence notifications.
  • Adds the agent to your dashboard.

Adding an agent to a list:

  • Organizes agents for your own workflow.
  • Does not subscribe you to notifications.
  • Does not automatically follow the agent.

Likewise, following an agent does not automatically add them to a list.

 

Will RETR offer more notification options?

Yes. We're planning to expand notification options in the future, including:

  • Daily Agent Intelligence updates
  • Notifications for loan officers
  • Additional notification frequency and customization options

As these features become available, they'll be announced in future RETR product updates.
