How to Set Up Agent Activity Notifications in RETR (Agent Intelligence Reports)

RETR sends weekly Agent Intelligence Report emails about real estate agents’ recent home sales, new listings, and upcoming open houses. You’re signed up automatically for agents you’ve worked with. To get updates on any other agent, follow them from their profile (up to 100 agents).

What Is a RETR Agent Intelligence Report?

An Agent Intelligence Report is a weekly RETR email that keeps you up to date on the real estate agents you work with most. Each report includes:

Recent home sales
New property listings
Upcoming open houses

Reports usually arrive on Thursdays or Fridays. They’re also available in your RETR dashboard.

Who Do I Get Agent Notifications For?

Agent type	How you get notifications

Agents you haven’t worked with	Follow the agent from their profile

How to Follow an Agent in RETR

Follow any agent to get weekly Agent Intelligence updates, even if you’ve never worked with them.

Step 1: Open the agent’s profile
Search for the agent and open their profile.

Step 2: Click “Follow”
Click the Follow button below the agent’s contact information.

Once you follow an agent, they’re:

Added to your dashboard
Included in your weekly Agent Intelligence Reports, so you get updates on their new listings, recent sales, and upcoming open houses

How Many Agents Can I Follow in RETR?

You can follow up to 100 agents. Agents you’ve worked with before are tracked automatically and don’t count toward the 100-agent limit.

What’s the Difference Between Following an Agent and Adding Them to a List?

Following an agent and adding an agent to a list are separate features, and one doesn’t trigger the other.

What Notification Options Are Available in RETR?

✅ You can get weekly Agent Intelligence Reports.
✅ You can get notifications for agents you’ve worked with and agents you follow.
❌ You cannot get daily notifications at this time.
❌ You cannot get notifications for loan officers at this time.
❌ You cannot change notification frequency or other settings at this time.

Note: RETR plans to add more notification options, including daily Agent Intelligence updates, loan officer notifications, and more frequency and customization settings. New options will be announced in RETR product updates.
