How do export credits work?

How many credits come with my subscription?

Your subscription comes with 300 monthly export credits that expire and refresh on the 1st of each month. If you need to purchase additional credits, you can do so by clicking on "Buy More Credits" in the bottom lefthand corner of any Saved List page.

Here is our current pricing for the additional credits:

  • 100 Export Credits - $25 ($0.25/credit)

  • 500 Export Credits - $119 ($0.2375/credit - 5% Discount)

  • 1,000 Export Credits - $225 ($0.2250/credit - 10% Discount)

  • 5,000 Export Credits - $1,000 ($0.20/credit - 20% Discount)

These additional credits will be stored in your credit stash and available for the life of your subscription or until used. 

 

RETR will always tell you how many export credits are needed prior to an export taking place. Balances for monthly credits and credit stashes can be viewed in the bottom lefthand corner of any saved list page. 

 

Note: If you are on a free trial, you will have 50 export credits available to use. If you need additional credits, a paid subscription is required to access the 300 monthly credits and to purchase additional export credits. Please note the 50 trial export credits will disappear when you start a paid subscription, so use them during your trial!

 

How do I use them? 

Export credits can be used throughout the platform to export data, such as agents, loan officers, Refi opportunities, etc. Credits can be used to either download data to your computer via an Excel file, or pushed to your CRM. To learn more about CRM integrations, see this article.

 

Worried about duplicates? You can export an agent or loan officer more than once within 30 days and it will not utilize additional credits. If you're not sure if you've exported the contact before, check the Last Exported column or use the filter available on the Saved List page.
