How do I sign up?

Welcome to RETR! We're excited to have you on the leading platform for mortgage intelligence!

Any mortgage professional with a valid NMLS number is able to sign up for our service by following the steps in our sign up link here: https://retr.app/Account/Validate

Once you sign up, your account will go through an approval process to verify your NMLS details. This process will take a few days to complete, however once completed, you'll receive a welcome email confirming your account. Please be sure you're entering in  correct information, and if possible, use a work email as opposed to a personal email to make the approval process move faster. 

 

If you are a realtor/real estate agent or otherwise not an active Loan Officer, you are welcome to join our waiting list. We currently only offer our service to mortgage professionals with a valid NMLS, but we hope to expand our offerings soon. We do not offer RETR to real estate agents/realtors at this time. 

 

If you have previously had an account with RETR and are looking to reactivate, you can do so by logging in and selecting a subscription.  

If you need to change your email address on file, please head to the RETR log in page. Enter your old email address here and hit continue. When prompted for a password, look for the "can't access your account?" prompt at the bottom of the page. Clicking on this will send a two-factor authentication code to your mobile device, which you can use to update your email. If you don't have a mobile number on file, please reach out to our team at support@retr.app with the name, NMLS, and current email on your account + the email you want to switch to. Please also provide your mobile number so we can add this to your account for any future email address changes.
