How do I search for new listings and open houses in RETR?

A walkthrough on the two ways to locate new listings and open houses in RETR.

RETR makes it easy to find new listings and upcoming open houses so you can identify new real estate opportunities quickly.

There are two main ways to view new listings and open houses in RETR:

  • From your Dashboard, for agents you’ve worked with or follow

  • From the Find Agents tab, for a broader location-based search

How can I view new listings and open houses for agents I've worked with in the past or follow:

  1. Go to your Dashboard home page.
  2. Scroll to the Recent Agent Listings section.
  3. Review recent listings from your agents.
  4. To show only listings with open houses, select Open Houses Only.

Note: The Recent Agent Listings list is not exportable.

 How do I search for new listings and open houses on a broader scale?

This search shows a wider set of new listings, not just listings from agents you already follow or have worked with.

  1. Go to Real Estate.
  2. Select the Find Agents tab.
  3. Choose By New Listings and Open Houses.
  4. Select a location, time period, and any other filters you may need.

You can use the Open Houses column to find only those listings with upcoming open houses, or use the Property filter, and select the Upcoming Open Houses checkbox to filter for only open houses.

Unlike the Recent Agent Listing list in your dashboard, this list can be exported, although it can not be pushed to your CRM. 

You can also utilize the filter box on the right of your search results to filter specific addresses or agents.
