To find new listings and open houses, navigate to the Find Agents tab under Real Estate, and then select the By New Listings and Open Houses option. Once the page loads, choose a location and time period to view all new listings in that location and time frame.
You can use the Open Houses column to find upcoming open houses, or you can filter the results page further to only show listings with open houses by navigating to the Property filter, and selecting the Upcoming Open Houses checkbox.
You can also utilize the filter box off to the right of your search results to filter specific addresses or agents.
If you're looking to find new listings and open houses for only agents you've previously worked with and/or follow in RETR, you can also find these listings in your Dashboard, which you can navigate to by hitting the RETR logo in the upper left corner of the navigation bar. Scroll down towards Recent Agent Listings to find these. There will also be an Open Houses Only checkbox to only see these as well.
