How to Find New Listings and Open Houses in RETR.

You can find new real estate listings and upcoming open houses in RETR in two ways. Use your Dashboard for agents you’ve worked with or follow, or use Real Estate → Find Agents → By New Listings and Open Houses for a broader search by location. Only the broader search can be exported.

Which RETR Listing Search Should I Use?

How to View New Listings and Open Houses for Your Agents

Use your Dashboard to see listings from agents you’ve worked with or follow.

Step 1: Go to your Dashboard
Open your RETR Dashboard home page.

Step 2: Scroll to Recent Agent Listings
Find the Recent Agent Listings section.

Step 3: Review your agents’ listings
Browse recent listings from your agents.

Step 4: Show only open houses (optional)
Select Open Houses Only to see only listings with upcoming open houses.

Note: The Recent Agent Listings list can’t be exported.

How to Search All New Listings and Open Houses by Location

Use this search to see a wider set of new listings, not just listings from agents you follow or have worked with.

Step 1: Go to Real Estate
Click the Real Estate tab.

Step 2: Select Find Agents
Choose Find Agents.

Step 3: Choose “By New Listings and Open Houses”
Select the By New Listings and Open Houses search option.

Step 4: Set your filters
Choose a location, a time period, and any other filters you need.

How to Filter New Listings for Open Houses Only

After running the By New Listings and Open Houses search, you can:

Use the Open Houses column to spot listings with upcoming open houses, or
Open the Property filter and check Upcoming Open Houses to show only open houses
Use the filter box to the right of your results to search for specific addresses or agents

Can I Export New Listings and Open Houses from RETR?

✅ You can export results from Find Agents → By New Listings and Open Houses.
❌ You cannot export the Dashboard’s Recent Agent Listings list.
❌ You cannot push new listing results to your CRM at this time.
