How do I search for new listings and open houses?

There are two places to view new listings and open houses in RETR - 

To find new listings and open houses exclusively for the agents you've worked with in the past/agents you follow, navigate to your Dashboard/home page, and scroll down to the Recent Agent Listings section. You can filter this list to only include those listings with open houses by checking the Open Houses Only option. This list is not exportable, and again would only apply to your agents. 

To find new listings and open houses in a much broader search, navigate to the Find Agents tab under Real Estate, and then select the By New Listings and Open Houses option. Once the page loads, choose a location and time period to view all new listings in that location and time frame. 

You can use the Open Houses column to find upcoming open houses, or you can filter the results page further to only show listings with open houses by navigating to the Property filter, and selecting the Upcoming Open Houses checkbox. Unlike the Recent Agent Listing list in your dashboard, this list can be exported, although it can not be pushed to your CRM. 

You can also utilize the filter box off to the right of your search results to filter specific addresses or agents.
