How do I report incorrect data?

At RETR we understand the importance of reliable data, and pride ourselves on our high levels of accuracy. However, sometimes data obtained from county records may be incomplete or contain inaccuracies. To address this issue, proprietary algorithms are applied to automatically correct mistakes where possible. Any remaining inconsistencies are manually reviewed and corrected.

If you find something missing or incorrect, please report it to to support@retr.app so our team can correct it. We sincerely appreciate users bringing errors to our attention! 

Note: If you're seeing missing recent transactions for yourself or other Loan Officer, please know that loan information is delayed 4-6 weeks by default, as this is the standard time frame it takes for counties to complete records and make that information available.
