RETR Subscriptions

Every RETR subscription includes:

• Nationwide agent intel including agent contact information and buyer-side transaction details such as LOs and title companies used, loan types and amounts
• Nationwide loan officer intel including production units/volume, loan amounts/types, and agent relationships down to the transaction
• Advanced agent and LO search tools
• Other available searches for Builders, Refi Opportunities, Newly Licensed agents, and more!

• Saved Lists to export agent contacts
• Pre-loaded and automatic email nurturing of agents you've worked with in the past 3 years
• Personalized agent relationship explorer and dashboard - who you've worked with, how you're connected, homes they're selling including loan product/loan officer/title company, and homes they've recently listed including open house dates so you can meet them there and provide your support
• Real Estate Track Records - Finally! Immense value that only you, an LO, can provide to agents! These PDFs contain all the research an agent wants and needs to quickly foster trust with prospects and cooperating agents so they can win more business.

Monthly Export Credits

There is no limit to how much data you can export out of RETR, however, we do utilize export credits for all exports of data. All paid subscriptions come with 300 monthly export credits that expire and refresh on the 1st of each month. Different kinds of data require different amounts of export credits, but users are able to buy additional credits if more than 300 a month are needed.

To purchase additional export credits, navigate to any of your saved lists. In the bottom left corner, you'll see the option to purchase more credits. Unlike the default 300 monthly credits, these purchased credits do not expire at the end of the month, and remain through the lifetime of your subscription until used. 

Here is our current pricing for the additional credits:

• 100 Export Credits - $25 ($0.25/credit)

• 500 Export Credits - $119 ($0.2375/credit - 5% Discount)

• 1,000 Export Credits - $225 ($0.2250/credit - 10% Discount)

• 5,000 Export Credits - $1,000 ($0.20/credit - 20% Discount)

RETR Add-Ons - LO Recruit

The LO Recruit add-on is a great tool for those who are looking to recruit new LOs or just looking to build new relationships with other LOs. This add-on gives you access to various Loan Officer functions that are not included on a regular basic subscription, allowing your business to soar to new heights!

This add-on is available for an additional $100/month and provides mortgage users access to:

• Exporting LO Lists

• Loyalty & Wallet Share information for your company/branch

• LO Social Feature

• LO contact data when/where available, including - work and personal emails, office and cell numbers, and social media profiles

Enterprise/Volume Discounts

If you're looking to get multiple members of your team onto RETR, then an enterprise account may be right for you! 

Our enterprise accounts start at 5 seats at $125/month per seat, and provide you access to some extra features (such as Agent Social, which is typically only available on a yearly plan), as well as the ease of having your entire team's billing on one account.
