Install RETR Sidekick for Gmail

RETR Sidekick is a free Chrome extension for loan officers. As you read or compose email, it identifies the agents and loan officers you're corresponding with and shows their production data in a sidebar.

How to install

  1. Open the RETR Sidekick listing on the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Click Add to Chrome.
  3. Open Gmail. You'll see the RETR Sidekick icon next to the Search Bar. Refresh your Gmail if you don't see it (pictured below)

  4. Click the icon and log in with your RETR account, or create a free account.

How it works

  1. Log in with your RETR account.
  2. Open an email. RETR Sidekick looks for email addresses and NMLS numbers in the message you're viewing or composing.
  3. See the match. If there's a match in RETR's database, their profile, Loyalty Score, and production stats appear in the sidebar.

What it doesn't do

  • Reads your email locally on your device to find matches, but does not transmit or store the content of your emails, only the extracted identifiers are sent to RETR
  • Does not access your contacts, address book, or calendar
