When conducting a sales area search for agents and then adding an agent to a list, the agent’s full production data is being added to the list and exported, not the agent’s data from the sales area search you conducted.
The intention behind this is for users to be able to find the agents that fit the parameters that they are looking for, and then to export the agent with their 12 month nationwide production data. While you are able to save specific searches, the searches can not be exported, and the sales area data can not be added to a list, only the agent’s 12 month production stats.
In addition, when bringing up search results, there will be two columns of data present, one for the sales area, and one for “sales anywhere” which would be the nationwide data.
