RETR Sidekick is a free tool for Gmail and Outlook. It shows verified data on the real estate agents and loan officers (LOs) you email with, right inside your inbox, including transaction volume, purchase mix, and RETR’s Loyalty Score.
How does RETR Sidekick work?
RETR Sidekick reads the parts of each email that can identify people: the sender, recipient, and CC fields, plus the message content. It reads them locally on your device to find email addresses and NMLS (Nationwide Multistate Licensing System) numbers.
It then checks those against RETR’s database. When it finds a match, it shows that person’s data in a sidebar next to your inbox.

What data does RETR Sidekick show?
When RETR Sidekick finds a match, it shows:
- Loyalty Score: How consistently an agent works with the same loan officers
- Production volume: Recent transaction volume and number of transactions (unit count)
- Buy-side activity: The share of the agent’s volume from representing buyers, plus their purchase mix
Does RETR Sidekick read my email content?
Yes, but only on your device. RETR Sidekick reads your email locally to find email addresses and NMLS numbers.
