What do the HVR Alert Tiers mean?
Explaining the alert tiers for HVRs and when to act on them
With Home Value Reports (HVRs), RETR tracks activity on the reports you send and assigns engagement tiers to help identify buyer interest. This allows you to focus your outreach on the buyers most likely to reach out and grow your business.
When a buyer reaches a high-interest engagement tier, we'll notify you by email (with in-app notifications coming soon) so you can follow up at the right time. We won't notify you about every activity tier—only those that indicate meaningful buyer interest, so you can take action and reach out!.
Here's a breakdown of the common tiers you may see. Remember, higher-tier numbers indicate a higher chance of interest, and these tiers will result in an email notification:
6 - Email Delivered (email has been deployed and sent to buyer's inbox)
6 - Email Opened (email has been opened)
5 - Visit Report Frequently (buyer has opened the email on multiple occasions, but has yet to make any significant clicks)
5 - Email Clicked (buyer has clicked a link within the email, but none of the significant links such as "Unlock Equity" or "Send Message")
4 - Edited Info (buyer edited loan information, such as interest rates)
3 - Search Homes (buyer has clicked into the search for nearby homes option. Now would be a great time to make outreach, as they may be interested in buying a new home!)
2 - Unlock Equity (buyer has clicked the Equity option, showing interest in possibly tapping into their equity. Now would be a great time to make outreach!)
2- Home Improvements (buyer has clicked on information surrounding home improvements. Now would be a great time to make outreach!)
1 - Send Message (buyer has clicked on the option to send a message to you, their LO! You should have receieved an email!)
