What’s Included in the RETR Free Trial? Features, Limits, and How It Works

Every new RETR user gets a free 14-day trial with nationwide agent and loan officer data plus RETR’s main search tools. A few features, including CRM push, social features, Home Value Reports, and add-on purchases, open up once you’re on a paid subscription. When the trial ends, it automatically turns into a paid subscription.

What’s Included in the RETR Free Trial?

  • ✅ Nationwide agent data: agent contact info and buyer-side transaction details, including loan officers (LOs) and title companies used, loan types, and loan amounts
  • ✅ Nationwide loan officer data: production units and volume, loan amounts and types, and agent relationships down to the transaction
  • ✅ Advanced agent and loan officer search tools
  • ✅ Other searches: builders, refi opportunities, newly licensed agents, and more

What’s Not Included in the RETR Free Trial?

  • ❌ Buying extra export credits: You can’t buy additional export credits until you’re on a paid subscription.
  • ❌ Agent and LO social features: These aren’t available during the trial.
  • ❌ LO Recruit add-on: You can’t buy this add-on during the trial.
  • ❌ Pushing contacts to a CRM
  • ❌ Home Value Reports (HVR)

How Long Is the RETR Free Trial?

The free trial lasts 14 days. When it ends, you’re automatically enrolled in a paid subscription and get access to all paid features.

How to Get Paid Features Before Your Trial Ends

Step 1: Contact RETR Support

Email support@retr.app and ask to end your trial early.

Step 2: Start your paid subscription

Once your trial ends, your paid subscription begins and all paid features open up right away.

Can I Get More Than One RETR Free Trial?

No. Each user gets one free trial per NMLS number (Nationwide Multistate Licensing System ID). If you’ve had a trial or subscription before, log in and choose a subscription to use RETR again.
