What is RETR?

An introduction to RETR, and how we can help your business succeed!

RETR is an all in one data platform dedicated to helping mortgage professionals foster relationships and expand their business.

RETR offers a nationwide database dating back to 2017 on both real estate agents and loan officers, including:

  • Full transaction history (sales, buyers, loan amounts, rates, loan types, LTVs, lenders, title companies, etc.)

  • Agent and LO contact information (emails, cell/work phones) and detailed Company profiles for their respective offices.

  • Agent production statistics for multiple periods (3, 6, 12, 14 months + 1, 2, and 3 years prior), including buyer/seller counts, loan/volume data, and lender breakdowns.

In addition, RETR provided additional tools such as:

  • Advanced search tools for agents, LOs, companies, and refi opportunities, allowing you to filter your search to your exact set of needs.

  • Outreach and recruiting tools like Track Records, AI generated personality insights for LOs, and Relationship and wallet share functionality to see overlap and loyalty

  • Home Value Reports that you can email to your borrowers on a monthly basis, ensuring you never lose another loan again!

  • Ability to export/download data including agent and LO contact and production information, as well as the option to integrate with your CRM so you can send data straight there instead.

  • Ability to access and download your own book of business/client list as far back as 20217, and more!
