How to Find Bilingual Real Estate Agents and Loan Officers in RETR

 You can use RETR’s language filter to find real estate agents and loan officers (LOs) who speak Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, and other languages. The filter is available in both agent and loan officer searches once you’ve chosen a sales area. 

How to Find Bilingual Real Estate Agents

Step 1: Run an agent sales area search

Start an agent search and select a sales area. For full instructions, see How do I search for agents?

Step 2: Open the Loans etc. filter

Click the “Loans etc.” filter.

Step 3: Choose one or more languages

Select the language or languages you need. RETR filters your results to agents who speak them.

How to Find Bilingual Loan Officers

Step 1: Run a loan officer sales area search

Start a loan officer search and select a sales area. For full instructions, see How do I search for loan officers and add them to a list?

Step 2: Open the Experience, etc. filter

Click the “Experience, etc.” filter.

Step 3: Choose one or more languages

Select the language or languages you need. RETR filters your results to loan officers who speak them.

What Languages Can I Filter By?

The language filter includes options such as:

• Spanish
• Portuguese
• Arabic
• Filipino
• Italian
• Japanese
• And more

You can select more than one language in a single search.

Where Does RETR Get Its Language Data?

RETR collects language data from several sources, including:

• Language databases
• MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and NMLS (Nationwide Multistate Licensing System) records
• Agents’ and loan officers’ personal or office websites
• Other public sources

What If My Language Isn’t on My Profile?

If you’re a loan officer and a language you speak is missing from your profile, contact RETR Support at support@retr.app and we’ll update it.
