Can I Push a RETR List Directly to My CRM?
- ✅ You can only push agent and loan officer lists to your CRM.
- ❌ You can’t push Refi Opportunity lists, mortgage company rankings, or company rosters to a CRM yet.
- ⚠️ You must set up your CRM integration before you can push. See How do I set up an integration?
What Other Lists Can I Export From RETR?
Besides the lists you build yourself, you can export some preloaded lists, including:
- Mortgage company rankings
- Company rosters: you can export these with or without contact info
Look for the Export button on these pages.
Note: You can’t push preloaded lists to a CRM yet. Use the Excel/CSV export instead.
Why Can’t I Export A List?
Your search results have not been added to an exportable list yet
-
If you're not seeing an export button on your search results page, this is normal. Saving agents/loan officers to a list from the search results page is an important step if you're planning to export the agents/LOs. You can not export directly from the search results page. You must add the agents/LOs to a list first.
The list may not be exportable
- Certain lists, like builder lists, gains and losses lists, or newly licensed agents/newly licenced LOs can not be exported at this time.
-
For Builder ranking lists, you can always save the search to refer back to later. For gains and losses, you can add the LOs to a separate list.
Not enough export credits
-
Make sure you have enough export credits for the number of items you’re exporting. To learn how credits work and when they refresh, see How do export credits work?
Exporting loan officers requires the LO Recruit add-on
-
You need the LO Recruit add-on to export loan officers or their data. See What is the LO Recruit Add-on?
Error when pushing to Total Expert
-
If you get an error the first time you push RETR data to Total Expert, contact your Total Expert rep to finish setting up the integration.
