What Data Is Available in RETR? Agent, Loan Officer, and Mortgage Market Data

RETR provides nationwide production data for real estate agents and loan officers from 2017 to the present, and every subscription includes it. RETR also includes builder, refinance (Refi), Low-to-Moderate Income (LMI), and Majority-Minority Census Tract (MMCT) data, so mortgage professionals can grow their business and relationships in one platform.

What Production Data Does RETR Include?

Every RETR subscription includes nationwide production data from 2017 to the present and contact information where available for:

  • ✅ Real estate agents
  • ✅ Loan officers

Use this data to spot industry trends, review individual performance, and track market activity, with both historical and current data to guide your decisions.

How Can I Find Contact Information?

Agent and Loan Officer contact information will always appear in agent and loan officer exports, where available. This will include emails and phone numbers for agents, as well as work/personal emails and work/personal phone numbers for loan officers. 

What Other Data Sets Are Available in RETR?

In addition to agent and loan officer production data, RETR includes:

  • ✅ Builder information
  • ✅ Refinance (Refi) information

Is My Loan Officer Book of Business Already in RETR?

Yes. Loan officers’ books of business from 2017 to the present are preloaded in RETR and exportable. You don’t have to enter your data by hand. It’s ready to use right away, so you can analyze your existing business and grow from there.

What Data Does RETR Not Provide?

RETR does not provide:

  • ❌ Borrower/buyer contact information
  • ❌ Builder contact information
  • ❌ Title company contact information
  • ❌ Real estate license information

Can I Choose What Data Is Exported from RETR?

There is no way to specifically choose what information you want exported, but an agent list/LO list export will always include contact information and 12-month production stats. You can also check out any of the additional data sets if there's other information you're trying to export.

Can I Upload or Import Data into RETR?

There is no way to upload or import any data or upload a spreadsheet into RETR at this time.

For any agents or loan officers you're looking to find in the RETR platform, you would need to search them in RETR. You can then add them to a list for review and exporting later if needed.

How to Find Borrower Contact Information for Refi Outreach

RETR doesn’t provide borrower contact information, but you can still reach borrowers for Refi outreach in these ways:

  • Send postcard mailers to the property addresses in RETR.
  • Export Refi Opportunities and upload the file to a skip tracing company.
  • Run a True People search by clicking any address in RETR, then clicking the borrower names.
